📦 Delivery delivery Policy (Please Read Carefully)
Dear Customer,
To ensure safe and accurate delivery of your order, our courier partners follow a mandatory process:
1. The delivery agent will call before attempting delivery
Before arriving at your address, the courier agent will call to confirm your availability & location.
It is very important to answer this call.
2. If the call is not answered
If the call goes unanswered, the courier agent may not be able to deliver the parcel.
In such cases, the shipment may be marked as “Customer Not Reachable / Delivery Failed.”
Seller can only request courier company for re-attempt final decision is in courier company hand.
3. Seller cannot change courier procedures
Delivery attempts are decided by the courier company.
If the customer does not answer the call, the seller cannot change or influence this process.
4. ₹200 courier charges are non-refundable
If the parcel is returned or delivery fails:
The ₹200 you paid in advance is used for courier and handling charges.
This amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
